Read carefully the wage scales as they affect this project. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractor have been predetermined, and those which apply to this project are set forth in the proposal for this project.
Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the County Board Room at the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 500-600 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
Proposals and Specifications may be examined and/or secured at the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, 505 South Court Street, Suite 1, Fergus Falls, MN 56537.
Cost of Proposal including plans is $100.00 (Non-refundable).
Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "Project No. S.A.P. 056-636-005 & Etc."
The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities.
